Amolto shall continue to work on Windows 10, as long as our users have installed the latest version.
We tested the latest versions (Free 2.9.2 and Premium 2.9.3) with Windows 10 and Skype 7.9 for Windows Desktop. No problems were detected, the recorder works fine as expected. Amolto Call Recorder is compatible with Windows 10! An additional step is required during installation on Windows 10. The installer will ask for permission to install the previous version of .NET Framework 3.5 from Microsoft. It is absolutely safe to install as it will not interfere with latest versions of the .NET Framework coming by default with Windows 10.
