How to update Amolto Call Recorder on my computer?

Amolto Call Recorder shows an information message and prompts you to visit our site when a new version is available for download and installation. You just need to download and install the corresponding product from the “Products” page. For the Premium version use the “Download now” button, or for the Free version use the “Download now” link.

How to uninstall Amolto Call Recorder from my computer?

Please follow these steps to remove Amolto Call Recorder from your computer:
1. Exit the Amolto recorder
2. Click the Start menu and then the Control Panel
3. Double click Add/Remove Programs and navigate to Amolto Call Recorder for Skype
4. Click “Remove” to uninstall it.
After that Amolto will be uninstalled automatically.

The license fee is a one time purchase. No additional cost is involved. This includes unlimited free future updates and free support via email.

When I buy a license is the activation code tied to my Skype account?

No, the Premium activation code is independent of your Skype account name. You are able to use Premium with different Skype IDs.
However, as Premium needs to be activated on your system it is only working for the particular Windows user account for which you activated it.

Can I use the same Premium activation code on my work and home PC?

Yes, you may activate Premium on different computers with the same activation code as long as these PCs are not used at the same time.

Is my Premium activation code valid only for the current release?

No, when you purchase a license for Premium then this activation code is valid for all previous, current and future releases of Premium.

I bought a license but did not get an email with my activation code

This can happen if the email containing activation details went to your junk mail folder, got deleted or was blocked by the ISP. Make sure that the email address you used during purchase exists and is not a temporary address. If you did not receive an email with the activation code please contact as via email – support@amolto.com

How do I upgrade to Premium?

If you are using the free version of Amolto and want to upgrade to Premium you just need to download and install the Premium product from the “Products“ page. Use the “Download now” button. Your old recordings will be safe. This makes upgrading from the free version much easier.

Is there any functional limitation during the trial period?

Restrictions for the Trial version of Amolto Premium:
– Only 5 minutes for video recording, audio recording is unlimited
– Video contains a banner with advertising information. (It will be removed after activation)
